Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all users of this website and customers of Ioaku AB. Ioaku AB reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK), Euro (EUR) and United States Dollars (USD), including VAT (25%) and excluding shipping (also excluding any possible additional local sales taxes if you are ordering from a country outside of the European Union).
Payments are made through our payment provider (PayEx) or (PayPal). Accepted payment cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Eurocard and Maestro.
Orders will be shipped within 1-5 days from the time of each purchase ( if no other information given ). Shipment is offered WORLD WIDE so you can buy your IOAKU jewelry from any part of the world. Rates are as follows: shipments to Sweden 59 SEK (or the EUR/USD equivalent at the time of purchase); shipments to member states of the European Union are 149 SEK (or the EUR/USD equivalent at the time of purchase); shipments to the rest of the world are 199 SEK (or the EUR/USD equivalent at the time of purchase). The cost of shipping and any additional expenses due to uncollected packages will be charged to the buyer.
If you make a purchase of a Pre-Order Product, do you automatically consent to the fact that the products will be delivered on the appointed time period that has been referred to at the product description/photography.
You have from the point of purchase the right to cancel and return a product(s) bought online at WWW.IOAKU.COM within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.
Returns must be sent back within 30 days from the date that the product was purchased. Returned items will only be accepted if they are in equal condition to when they were shipped. Shipping costs for returned items are at the buyer’s expense. Returned packages that are lost in transportation will not be compensated for. The refund will be payed back in full excluding the shipping cost. Refunded money will be transferred to the buyer’s payment card within 14 days from the date Ioaku AB receives the returned package.

The personal data collected is used as information individually or in combination with other information in order to identify you as a user and as a physical living person. For example, can that be your name, e-mail address or phone number.
Our primary purpose for processing your personal information is for IOAKU to be able to fulfill commitments to you as a customer, but we also collect information about you who are not yet a customer but want to be contacted by us.
As you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or to buy IOAKU’s products, do you automatically consent to the above-mentioned personal data we collect from you. We thereby also have the consent to contact you frequently with news, exclusive offers and other IOAKU related matters.
As a personal data controller, IOAKU is responsible for ensuring that your personal information is processed safely and that GDPR is followed. We do not process sensitive personal data unless there is specific consent for handling these.
Internally we handle your personal information in our internal customer database. This system is used to deliver the products you buy from us and to handle issues and customer care in connection with the performance of these products.
Personal information collected through product purchase made at WWW.IOAKU.COM is stored during 5 years for future news or related customer care. Information collected through social media,newsletter subscription or other meeting point will be stored up until the point where the customer chooses to be deleted under these conditions.
We do not sell any customer information to any third party!

You are entitled to receive information about what personal data processing is being done with us.
You are entitled, once a year, through a written signed application, to request a registry extract where you can see what personal data processing we have about you.
You have the right to request redress if we have errors registered about you.
You are entitled to be deleted under these conditions:
– The information is no longer needed for the purpose they were collected.
– If the information is saved with your consent and you revoke the consent.
– If treatment is based on an interest balance and there are no legitimate reasons that weigh heavier than your interest.
– If personal data has been processed illegally.
– If you oppose treatment for direct marketing purposes.
The right to be deleted does not apply if we are required by law (eg the Accounting Act) to keep the data.
You are entitled to data portability (the right to have your personal data moved) provided that the legal basis is consent or agreement and what you may receive is personal information about you as provided or generated by your actions / activities.
You are entitled to request a limitation in the treatment.
You are entitled to object to a personal data processing and IOAKU will then discontinue the processing while investigating the matter.
You are entitled to make complaints to the Data Inspectorate about treatments performed by us.
