How nice that you choose to pre-order IOAKU's advent calendar. All pre-orders are sent according to information at the time of purchase.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders over SEK 600 within Sweden and the EU. In the rest of the world, shipping is free on orders over SEK 1,000.
Standard shipping is usually 3-10 business days.
Platinum shipping is within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday.

You apply for a return on your personal account at IOAKU.COM.
Keep in mind that returns cannot be made on specially made products such as Christmas & Advent calendars.
All returns accepted by Team IOAKU must be sent within 14 days of receiving the package.
If it is desired to be done by post, the buyer is responsible for the cost.
